Verification is more important than any other aspect of the program. What guarantee do I have that you will verify my degree?
Verification is the most important question addressed by the applicant. All verification can be obtained through our contact information upon request via email, fax or mail.
How long does it take to obtain a
(EDP) Experience Degree Program graduate degree?If we determine that you have already gained a certain level of knowledge through life experiences and/or formal education, the process of evaluation and endorsement will take only a few days. You can help to speed up the process by providing detailed, complete, organized documentation. The better the information supplied the faster we can process it.
Does everyone qualify?
No! We do not offer services those who do not have skills or qualifications that meet the expertise of a college graduate. If we find that you don't have enough experience to qualify for a degree, it may be that you need further experience or study in a particular area. If this is the case, we will make recommendations for you to obtain more knowledge or experience, or they may simply need more documentation from you. In either case, we will work with you to obtain your credential in the shortest period of time!
Are you accredited by any of the U.S. regional accrediting agencies that are approved by the U.S. Department of Education for the purpose of accepting federal grants or loans?
The Experience Degree Program is a process, NOT a school. Therefore accreditation is not required This organization is a privately held Institute that sets their own high standards

If I have a degree from any of the programs, can anyone verify that I received it?
Yes! Anyone you authorize may verify it with a request in writing. Contact information for Official Transcripts held at the database service can be used to confirm the information in your record. The database service will provide verification, but will not divulge confidential client graduate records with unauthorized parties or other institutions

If I obtain a bachelor’s degree, does this mean that I can use this degree to enter a graduate program at another institution?
We do not knowingly make the program available to anyone who is beginning or continuing their education toward a degree. The Experience Degree Program is only made available to individuals who have already acquired as much education as a college graduate through their life and work experience and other sources.

How do I represent the way I received my degree?
The fact that you received certification of your life experience should be viewed as a tribute to yourself and your achievements. However, if you choose not to divulge how you earned your credential, we protect your right to privacy. Your records will be held in a permanent database and can be verified by anyone to whom you grant authorization. The records will contain your educational achievements and transcripts with your name, major and date of completion.
I have a BA and MA but I stopped while working on my doctorate. I would still like to get my Ph. D. Will I be required to write a dissertation?
The answer is maybe. Because a doctorate is based on your thesis or dissertation we may require you to submit your writings. This will depend on many factors, but we will strive to find ways to help you reach your goal.
Is the
Experience Degree Program associated with any other Colleges or Universities?No. This is a unique process, established for deserving individuals who for one reason or another did not obtain a degree in the traditional fashion.
Are there any residential requirements to obtain a degree?
No.
Is my degree accepted by the US Embassy?
Will an exam be required?
No. This is a process, not a school.
Could it be possible to backdate the diplomas?
Your diplomas will be dated as close to the times that you met the equivalency of the degree, so yes; they are dated in previous years.
I am a self-taught computer technician. I have many satisfied customers and plenty of accounts, but no degree. Would this experience qualify for a degree?

How long are my records on file?
Your records will be kept in a perpetual database, and will be available at any time.
Will I receive a transcript with my degree?
If you purchase a transcript you will receive transcripts for each degree, showing courses that correspond to your experience the same as if you attended the traditional classroom setting. The transcripts show a traditional curriculum of courses that are the equivalent of the skills you have acquired as though you attended. There is no mention of "equivalency". The dates and grades and grade point average will appear

Is there an official seal on the transcript?
The official Transcript contains a Official raised embossed seal.
What if I qualify for several degrees? Do I have to accept them all?
You may accept any or all diplomas and/or certificates for which you qualify. The choice is yours.
If I accept them all, do I have to pay for all programs at the same time?
You may pay for all at once (usually a little less), or one at a time if you wish to do so. You can also pay via monthly payment plan for multiple degrees
If I qualify for more than one degree, will the dates on all of them be the same?
The dates will not be the same, as you acquired your skills in different years. These are the years that will be shown on your documents.
Can I get a "sample" copy of a diploma and transcript?
There are several photos of the degrees at this site. The diplomas and certificates are professionally printed on High Quality paper, with raised gold seal, perfect for frameing. They are beautiful and ready for display. If you purchase a transcript The transcripts will be sent to you and will also be kept on file in a perpetual database for verification to anyone whom you grant authority.
Will I get an ID card.
Not at this time, but that is something that will be available in the near future.
What is the fastest way to find out if I qualify for a degree program, and if so, what is the fastest way to get my credentials?

Where can I find documentation for my life experience?
There are many forms of documentation that will be accepted. Besides certificates, degrees from other schools, universities, colleges, trade schools, etc., a written description of each life experience may be sufficient. If additional documentation is needed, we will notify you.
Why don't you offer "Distance Learning" courses and textbooks?
The Experience Degree Program
is ONLY for candidates that have already learned as much, or more, than a college graduate from their own life experience. We evaluate your experiences and contributions and convert them to equivalent credits and match the credits to curriculums. Then, if there are enough credits to fulfill an entire curriculum (depending on the major area of study) a permanent transcript will be prepared if purchased and placed on file and a credential will be granted to the candidate.
What if you are not familiar with some of my life experience?
We will consult with others familiar with that line of work. For example if you were a mechanic for X number of years we would consult with a Mechanic to help us convert your experience into degree credits. We do not expect a mechanic to evaluate a computer engineer or a mechanic to evaluate a scientist's life experience, or an entrepreneur to evaluate a computer game creator. The identities of people we use for consulting are kept confidential to avoid any conflict of interest or favoritism.
If I have a degree, can my boss verify that I received it?
Yes! Anyone you authorize may verify it with a request in writing. We confirm the degree awarded and the date. We do not, however, provide confidential student records to anyone. We do not provide particulars as to how you earned your degree.

How do I represent the way I obtained my degree?
Honesty is always the best possible solution. Tell the truth. The fact that you did not sit in a classroom for so many years does not mean that you do not have the equivalent of knowledge of someone who sat in a classroom.
I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s but I stopped short while working on my doctorate. I would like to proceed. Will I be required to write a dissertation?
Probably, the answer is yes, unless you have invented a world-shaking device that will save mankind in the interim period! Send us the details
Do you give ‘honorary’ doctorate degrees? I know someone who I would like to recommend.
We can refer you to an institution that can provide you with an Honorary Doctorate Degree. We can refer you to one.
Are there any residential requirements to obtain your degree?
No.
Why is the cost so much less than a traditional degree?
You have already attended your courses through your life experience. Our organization is not a school and does not offer courses, so we do not charge for them. Attending schools to obtain traditional degrees can cost from $10,000 to over $100,000 a year. Our Program cost less than 10% of what most traditional institutions charge.
What can I expect after I get my credential?
Individuals and their expectations differ widely, but benefits can include gaining confidence to increase earning potential, improved self esteem, recognition and respect and heightened appreciation by others, peer status, etc. There may also be some limitations. A document alone (of any type) will not make a person success. There are a lot of other things that enter into the mix. In many occupations or professions degrees, certifications and/or designations can be an asset

Can I tell people how I earned my degree?
We do not reveal that information but we encourage it. The degree is not going to make you successful, it is the knowledge that you possess and your work ethic that will make you successful. Seeing that degree on your wall or in your den sure won’t hurt your self esteem. Remember you earned it be PROUD of IT.
